I order two high chairs off this site. Once I got my confirmation email there was no expected delivery date. So I wait and check for a fews days just to realize that my order wasnt even processed after 5 days. I couldnt reach no customer service and they refused to give me my money back in the supposed "self service" tool. The deals really arent that great to wait a whole month to recieve your products.
I was told that Groupon could not accommodate my request for a refund "due to current circumstances, which have limited our resources". I replied that "due to current circumstances, I am unable to use my Groupon". I think it's hypocritical that Groupon would use Covid as an excuse for not issuing a refund but Covid is not a good enough reason for me to not be able to use the Groupon. It appears that Groupon's position is that I should have gone to the restaurant and hacked Covid all over the place.

I am filing a dispute against Grupon and its affiliation@ BBB because they charged my credit card the amount of $308.45 for a "Service" that was never issued. I made a purchase on April 12th 2021, it was 40 unit of Botox for the amount of $308.45, but this transaction did not go through due to security reason from my bank. I then, again tried to purchase this same deal (40 units of botox) but this time I did it through Paypal and actually got an additional discount of $50, so in total I only payed $269. The same day I noticed GRUPON charged my credit card again for that same transaction ($308.45) the same amount that didn't went through. I contacted Grupon immediately and they assured me that they verified that no charges were processed and that they had removed the pending order from my account. I asked how long it'll take to reflect in my bank account and they said 3-5 business days. It is now May 5th, 2021. I have contacted them numerous times and now they're saying to contact my bank and that on their end it shows as declined. I sent them a screenshot showing them it was fully processed and even then they keep telling me it was declined smh. STAY AWAY FROM GRUPON.
Had a groupon for this place that expired in June 2021 they told me they don't accept it after I'm parked for 3 days and charge me $100 on top of what I paid for groupon... absolutely horrible business manager Alex Rodriguez couldn't rectify the problem if I could give home and his lot minus stars I would..... don't park here your better off at any other lot RT 1&9!!!! And watch what Groupon you buy!!!!
I recently bought a voucher from Groupon for a tour in Florida. When it came time to use the voucher, due to app issues, I could not open the groupon, even though I had proof of the purchase. I was forced to buy new tickets. When I contacted Groupon about the issue, they refused to issue a refund, even when I showed proof that I had to re-buy the tickets. Their customer service is terrible. Most of their products are low quality and they don't care about their customers. Their are many other places to buy discount tickets. Groupon should be avoided.
Bought a product that did not work and returned it in 3 days. I never got a refund and IT TOOK ME 19 EMAILS back and forth with their customer support to even get a "human" to respond. Finally, I had my bank reverse the charge by showing them the email conversation was not yielding results.
When I want to buy the same pants but a different color. I want to know why do I have to pay a separate shipping and handling from the same store. I’m paying double for shipping and handling. This is what this customer service had told me. ????????
Abul : If you want to purchase multiple quantities of an item from a third-party merchant, you'll have to create a new order for each additional quantity. Each order will have a separate shipping.
I used to use groupon for lots of local services in my town. I haven't used it for 4-5 years and purchased 2 slots for a sensoryi-deprivation tank. After the purchase, I tried to find the phone number and address of the place and there was no reference on who to contact. No website, no names, no answering service or machine to take messages (mailbox is full), no emails... It was then I realized that I may have been scammed! There was a reference to a building location, so I jumped in the car and drove there. Turns out, Groupon will not update the contact information for the service (phone number, names, addresses, website, general information). The guys on location said it is Groupon then who gets to pocket the lost funds. I am horrified! Not the exchange that I remember long ago and I will not be using them again... ever. The Groupon concept was unique but they have no sustained crediblity after this incidence.
Scheduled cleaning with Cozy Maid. No show for first appointment. Second appointment I was give $50.00 off, so tried again. This time had the name of the person, again a no show. Tried to call her and just got busy signal for hours. Canceled future cleanings. Was doing this for a friend in need, made things very awkward. Don't even try!
What a mistake! I just bought a Groupon for bowling and I wanted a refund because when I called Bowlmor, they said I would not be able to use it tonight. Groupon won’t refund. I spoke with the online chat person at Groupon. They basically told me to get lost.
Advertised 50 bulbs ,showed daffodils tulips etc ,we RECIEVED 50 tiny little bulbs not as picture showed ,never again.
Yes it was cheep but the picture showed far more than you get.
Frustrated and Disappointed
I've been a long-time customer of Groupon, but after recent "interactions" (if you can even call them that - no person to speak with on the phone), I will be terminating my business with them.
I was issued a refund and told it would be applied to my Groupon Bucks account, and that this would take up to 10 days. It's been almost twice that amount of time, with no credit to my account.
Trying to even find "Customer Service" jon the site was an exercise in frustration and futility. When I finallly was able to "live chat" with someone, it was again an exercise in inefficiency and wasted time. Giving them my Refund Code as well as other pertinent information was not enough. Now, I must wait to get yet another email (to which I try to respond, only to have the email bounce back). Suggestions for a company that I used to think better of: PLEASE invest in customer service. Make it SIMPLE for us to find out how to contact you, rather than searching the website like we're on a treasure hunt. And please don't "hang up" or end your live chat because you think you've handled the issue - ask the customer if there are any more questions before you end the call. Very disappointing.
Horrible customer service. I purchased something by mistake and they say they CAN'T refund me.
